Need more info: A cone biopsy isn't a vaginal wall repair, but perhaps your physician did both.  Ask, or get a copy of the operative note and see what is described.  Billing for a procedure not done would be fraud and most physicians are honest, so it may have been done or could be a coding error.

i found a mass on my vaginal wall, should i have it looked at? i was masterbating and found a large mass attached to my vaginal wall. i'm conserned about it because i also haven't had a period for 1 year and 6 months. is it something to be concerned about

Any : Any mass or lesion found that should not be there definitely warrants an investigation. You may be dealing with something like a cyst, tumor (benign or cancerous) or even a large wart. Whatever is present may or may not be related to your missed period. You will need a complete medical evaluation before this can be determined.

See below: It would be unusual for a young woman to have a vaginal mass. Usually with repeated infections all that is needed is a culture which is a simple cotton swab test and not painful at all. If a pap smear is abnormal there can be a cervical biopsy but that is a different issue all together.

See below: If you have not had genital herpes before(primary infection) the lesions would be very painful to touch and you would often have vaginal pain, pain on urination and or vaginal discharge. Other symptoms might include fever, headache and swollen inguinal lymph nodes.The lesions would consist of a swelling with tiny blisters(vesicles) and ulceration. The swelling would last 2-3 weeks.

: A reasoned answer would require a review of your history, exposures, exam and possibly some testing. Bleeding implies recent tissue damage as does swelling. How this came about and what effect it has will require more information.

Usually normal: The rectum is just below the vagina.  After childbearing, the tissue between the rectum and the vagina can be quite thin.  If the rectum is full of stool, it can be felt through the vaginal wall.  It would not be normal if the stool formed a huge uncomfortable bulge in the vagina.  This is called a rectocele.  Sometimes surgery is required to repair it if it is large.  Best wishes.

Can be...: Some outbreaks are intensely painful.  Pain tends to be worse with the very first outbreak.   Clusters of painful ulcerations on the vaginal wall and lips are frequently Herpes Simplex.  Best wishes!

Both: Vaginal rugae(folds) can be seen intra-vaginally of the upper vaginal wall where the cystocele(under the fallen bladder) is located if the problem is mild to moderate.(1st or 2nd degree) If it is a 3 degree problem the vaginal wall will be "stretched out" and smooth as rugae will no longer be seen at that point.

can a normal sized vibrator perforate your vaginal wall? how do you know if this has happened?

Possible, unlikely: You would have to be very vigorous and traumatic to do this.  If you have heavy bleeding, persistent severe pain or other unusual symptoms, go and get examined by a gynecologist.
