Depending on acidity some cloudy debris can show.
Usually a microscopic urine will identify.

Sediment: Sediment in urine is not necessarily abnormal. A simple urinalysis with a microscopic exam would determine whether there is an abnormal substance in  your urine and whether there are only harmless crystals which account for the sediment you observe.

If this all came on in a few days and you have a lot of pain "I suspect you have an STD, most likely gonorrhea, which people say can be like peeing ground glass and there's usually white or yellow pus. Occasionally lining cells of the urinary tract can be sloughed. Similarly yeast or fungus can be white stuff in the urine, but, would usually be syptomatic. Don't worry white sediment is seldom a problem.
