Any parasites? Or unusual travel.
See pcp or GI to have a stool sample examined.

i have white chunks in my stool. my stool is often very pale. is this cause for concern?

A formal evaluation: It is probably just something you are eating but to be on the safe side i would have a complete physical exam and perhaps blood tests and stool test  if it persists.  If the stool changes back to brown and stays that way then likely no further testing needed.

could i have a parasite? i keep seeing white chunks in my stool, they do not have a consistent form but i am very worried? sometimes they look like seeds and other times they look like chunks of lettuce? please reassure me i am very worried?

Very unlikely: Most of the parasites found in US are not big enough to be easily seen, especially in stool. The "white chunks" you described are not consistent with parasites.

when ever i go to the bathroom i always see white chunks in my stool, they are hard and have no shape or form, different shape every time? i am very concerned, could this be a parasite? i live in the united states and have never consumed sushi?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.  Your doctor can arrange for stool examination to sort the issue. It would be prudent to see your doctor. From what you described you are unlikely to have parasites. What you see may be undigested food particles.

Oxalate?: Have you been on any antibiotics or anti-fungal agents? Sometimes when you are treating one infection, other organisms will over-grow and result in specks or "grains of rice" in the stool. As they are crystals or fungal elements, they will not be positive with an o ; p study. Good luck.

Nothing to worry: Nothing of consequence. Maybe partially digested food.

is it bad when your stool is black with tiny chunks of silver(it looks like actual metal) what does this mean?

Black stools: Black stools are not good. My guess is that the "silver" look is less black. Bleeding in your stomach can be a serious problem. Other causes are taking iron or peptobismol. If this is recent then see your doctor soon. If you are feeling weak then see your doctor now!

Digestion: Many vegetables are partly indigestible and pass thru the digestive tract in whole or in part. Dietary fiber consists of non-starch polysaccharides such as arabinoxylans, cellulose, and many other plant components you can't digest and pass thru you.

Light colored stools: Light colored stools and white chunks can indicate an excess of milk and milk products in the diet

Unsure: stool can be so different and varied.  If new for you and a change from normal for you, schedule an appointment with a gastroenterologist.  Wouldn't be overly alarmed with what you are describing, but should get it looked at.
