Not really: This is probably a mild urine infection. A short course of antibiotics should clear it up

UTI: While the protein is bothersome it is most likely that you have a bladder infection.

Urine: Albumin shows protein in the urine, leukocytes go with inflammation or infection, plus you have small amount of blood and white blood cells in the urine.  All can go with a UTI.  Was there nitrites in urine?  Hopefully, they sent out a urine culture to check for infection.  Follow up with your doc.

yes and no: All are normal, but the ph is not 1.07.  That is the specific gravity and that is normal.

Not much to do: When the symptoms are classic urinary tract infection and the urinalysis is also agreeing, there really isn't much of a physical exam that is necessary.  if you were also having significant vaginal symptoms - discharge, burning, pain with intercourse, fever and pelvic pain, then certainly a pelvic exam should also be done.

urinalysis reads no rbc but trace blood.  not understanding how can you have trace blood but no red blood cells & what does that mean?

? myoglobulinuria: Absence of rbc can be found in muscle breakdown or rhadomylosis with positive. However the trace blood may not be significant. However if you are on statins and fibrates or exercise excessively you may have your doctor consider checking your CPK . Drink plenty of water.

Many things: Could be normal variant.  Medications,  infections, specifically a virus.  Chemotherapy can cause a low white count.  Other causes can be malignant , such as a leukemia.  However, it also depends on how long it has been low.  Hope this helps.
