Unlikely: White cells in the eye are typically just inflammatory cells and can be present in a number of conditions, such as iritis, or in the post-operative period from eye surgery. Rarely, white cells can indicate the presence of lymphoma in the eye. Other types of cancers in the eye tend to be seen as masses, rather than cells. An ophthalmologist should be able to identify the source of these cells.

Yes: There is a phenomenon of vision termed entoprics or the flying corpuscle vision which allows viewing white cells.  You need to look at a clear blue sky, or a light colored uniform painted all and sort of defocus your eyes.  After a monent you will see a dance of translucent objects just outside the center of the vision.  Each of this is a white cell traversing the central capillaries.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had provided the actual WBC count. Africa Americans do normally have lower WBC count.

Hard to say!: Is this a new problem?  Are you sick?  On any new meds or supplements?  Lots of things can cause a low white blood cell count.  Any test, whether normal or not, has to be interpreted in light of the symptoms you are having.  If this was found on a routine blood test and you feel fine, it may be nothing, and should be repeated later to see if it is still low. Talk to your doc on what followup to do
