Sounds like bladder: It sounds like a bladder infection. PID is not that common after a routine D and C unless STDs such as gonorrhea and chlamydia were present and untreated before the surgery. If you had a urine dip test done then it seems you have seen a doctor for evaluation. Schedule follow up with that doctor for clarification on your diagnosis and treatment

It depends ...: If you have an infection (such as hepatitis) both could become increased.  Some other diseases, like mono, will increase both.  You should definitely discuss this with your doctor and find the cause.

Don't Rx a lab value: About one person in a few hundred naturally runs a high ggt; it's hereditary and this isn't something that needs to be treated. Wbc's fluctuate wildly from hour to hour. If there's no other sign that he's sick and his physician is good with just watching him rather than adjusting his rx to see if it's raising ggt, then the best thing to do is nothing.

Allodynia: If the skin is sore to touch then it's not likely a urinary problem. Sometimes shingles can present this way. Is there any rash?  Talk to your doctor about this possibility and that the antibiotics aren't helping.

: We could not tell what your problem is due to lack of medical history and physical exam. You did not mention RBC, Hb/Hct and Plt so I assume those are within normal limits.
The only thing we can say for sure is these blood test results are abnormal and that's why you will have a follow up test.

Hard to say!: Is this a new problem?  Are you sick?  On any new meds or supplements?  Lots of things can cause a low white blood cell count.  Any test, whether normal or not, has to be interpreted in light of the symptoms you are having.  If this was found on a routine blood test and you feel fine, it may be nothing, and should be repeated later to see if it is still low. Talk to your doc on what followup to do

Low white count can be due to recent viral illness,

certain meds

Leukemia: Bone marrow malignancies involving the myeloid cells will cause abnormal growth of a certain clone of white cells and inhibit the proliferation of normal cell populations such as platelet precursors and red cell precursors so anemia would be expected also.
Severe infection with septicemia could lead to the same problem via destruction of platelets in small blood vessels. Two very different cases!
