Low white count : Symptoms are usually from underlying disease which lower white count like infections, lupus, arthritis, vasculitis, connective tissue diseases, b12, folic acid, copper deficiency, mds. Neutropenia also increases risk for various infections.

Often none : If the white blood cells do not decrease below a certain threshold, there may be no symptoms. Profile indicates Clozaril (clozapine) which may cause agranulocytosis(neutropenia). Monitor WBC count soon after starting therapy and frequently in first 3 months of therapy.

Sometimes, a WBC may be somewhat high with no clear reason or symptom.

Sx's of agranulocytosis can include fever, chills, rapid heart rate, rapid breathing, blood pressure drop (with weakness or feeling lightheaded),  muscle weakness, fatigue, ulcers in mouth/ throat &amp; bleeding gums.

: Your low count does put you at greater risk from Covid. It would be prudent to take extra precautions, like wearing a mask and keeping more than 6 feet distance from people. If you get any symptoms contact your doctor/local hospital for early treatment with monoclonal antibodies or the newer drugs.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided the actual results and described your symptoms? A viral infection can cause low counts.
