Often none : If the white blood cells do not decrease below a certain threshold, there may be no symptoms. Profile indicates Clozaril (clozapine) which may cause agranulocytosis(neutropenia). Symptoms can present insidiously with oral ulcerations +/- fever. Sepsis can be the initial presentation in abrupt cases. Monitor WBC count soon after starting therapy and frequently in first 3 months of therapy.
