MGD: Meibom gland dysfunction can be treated with warm compresses to melt congealed oil followed by massage of the eyelids. Antibiotic drops may also be helpful to get rid of blisters and infection and dryness of the eyelid.

: I recommend being examined by your gynecologist. Possibilities include a herpes outbreak or an allergic reaction to the condom. Either condition can be treated. Another possibility is a friction burn which occurs right after the intercourse. White Vaseline can be applied for this, but the gynecologist will recommend the best treatment after examining your vagina.

Herpes: It sure sounds like herpes, but it could be a reaction to latex or lube. If there was no pain with the blisters it is less likely to be herpes.

See your doc ASAP : The itching and the blistering suggest that this could be an allergic contact dermatitis, perhaps to the adhesive from the bandages. But anytime there is an issue going on after surgery, it is very important to see the surgeon right away. Infection could also present similarly and must be excluded.

See a podiatrist, who may start you on both an antibiotic and an antifungal.  Other possibilities include eczema or atopic dermititis, which can also blister.
