Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.

Sunburn: Yes you should be worried and you must go to the nearest Emergency facility to begin to help you control the blistering.
Won't get better overnight but will get better over time.

Don't forget to put cream on when you are in the sun.

Antibiotic Ointment: Use this to protect against infection. If it becomes red, swollen or more painful you will have to see your family doctor immediately.  These can become very serious if left untreated.

Yes: Keep area moist with aquaphor and covered and area wil heal within another few days. Avoid infection -do not pull off skin.

i burned myself on a coal. a thin layer of skin came off and my skin is white beneath. i don't see a blister. what do i do?

Other options: Probably you have burned to the second layer of skin called the dermis.  I suggest a prescription for silvadene (silver sulfadiazine) cream (if you are not allegic to sulfa), as it will help heal the area faster.  It is also a topical antibiotic.
