Many possibilities: There are many types and causes of skin blisters or rashes. Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections, friction, and insect bites can cause blisters on the skin. Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

Interstital fluid: The friction causes the separation of the epidermis and dermis. Into that space caused by the trauma insterstitial fluid collects which is slightly yellow in color. It creates a cushion to protect the underlying skin while it heals.
