Care...: Tongue must be brushed and or "scraped" . The back of the tongue accumulates tons of bacteria that cause bad breath and or irritations due to the high amount of toxins. If someone has a low immune system situation, it can cause more damage. Start by having a thorough cleaning or your whole mouth including gums and cavities, using a tongue scraper sold at any pharmacy over the counter. See a dentis.

What inhaler?: is it a steroid inhaler? if yes, so make sure you rinse your mouth and throat after using it, yes at times you may have fungal infection from steroid particles deposits on the back of the throat / tongue, if that stays, see your doctor for assessment, good luck

White patch on tongu: Elongated tongue papilla also known as taste buds.  Show this to your dentist or an ENT.  They will be able to rule out a candidal infection that needs antifungals.  Best thing to do is brush your tongue when you brush your teeth or use. Tongue rake can also be used.   Good luck and feel better.

Normal: They are the papillae of the tongue. Likely you are noticing the filiform and vallate (circumvallate) papillae. Involved in taste. Normal -- not to worry. Test them out with some sweet, sour, bitter, and salty options. Good Luck.
