Maybe Fibromyalgia: You may have Fibromyalgia with trigger points, stress reduction and aerobic exercise would help, you should discuss this condition with your primary care provider and may be see a rheumatologist, I hope this helps

my body started itching early december last year, when i take allergex tablet the itching goes away but when i stop taking the pills the itching comes back after a day and i have not been eating anything out of the ordinary. any help?

Itching: Itching without rash can be caused by excessively dry skin, diabetes, thyroid disorder, kidney or liver disease, certain malignancies and blood diseases. I recommend consulting an allergist for evaluation and appropriate testing.

Vitamin D: I am not sure if vitamin d3 will make much of a difference in your pain. But, it may.  I do know that all of us should have good levels of vitamin d if we are to live a healthy lifestyle.

The two drugs: Are similar and the doses are relatively equal. Check with a local doctor as some sort of therapy is indicated if you're going to be in america for a period of more than 1-2 days.
