Depends: Use of soy protein might increase the chance for male to develop breasts or gynecomastia.  Soy protein might help with to lessen the effects of menopause.  I guess it depends on wether you are male or female.

Protein supplements: Any protein can support muscle growth. There are many sources of protein supplements besides whey. Protein from diet will work as well as supplements with vegetarian protein, pea protein, soy protein, rice protein etc. Your selection depends on preference.

Not in small amounts: High protein intake, defined as more the 1-1.3 gm/kg body weight will begin to increase the uric acid which is a breakdown product of protein.  Increase uric acid will be a risk factor for gout.  So estimate your protein intake from food and supplements and use supplements only to keep intake in normal range, not higher than 1.3 gm/kg body weight.

Yes: Whey protein is in many things that you current eat. It is advisable to reduce soy protein in your diet, not increase it. Soy acts like estrogen in the human body and will not get you to your goal weight as you expect.

Fatty liver,jaundice: Fatty liver is a common condition seen in people who are overweight, .Mild elevation of bilirubin(indirect bilirubin) is usually due to a benign condition called gilberts syndrome.Fatty liver by itself rarely causes increase in bilirubin.Please see a gastroenterologist for further workup.

Should not: Gall bladder collects bile produced by the liver and excretes it via the gall duct and into the duodenum. Not connected with the kidney although lies close to the right kidney.
