Pelvic congestion: Part of the premenstrual syndrome is the pelvic congestion which includes of pelvic  walls lined by muscles and peritoneum & pelvic organs like intestines, bladder, in addition to uterus and ovaries. The intestinal congestion caused increased leaking of fluid across the increased  wall, also causing incresed stimulation of the nerves supplying the intestines thus causing more bowel movements in pms.

Fine....: Generally speaking, cook ware made in the recent past are made with non-toxic materials.  Unless you have a really old pot that is made with Lead, you should be fine.  If the pot is relatively new but is flaking, it sounds like it is time to get a new pot. If any issues, you can always follow-up with your Doctor, best wishes.

No: spinach is a very healthy vegetable, and it certainly provides quite a bit of fiber for your bowels. I personally eat at least that much a week. Enjoy!

Cereal diet: Two bowls of cereal per day, with no other food intake, is not sufficient to meet dietary needs.  Over time, nutritional deficiencies or bowel problems could develop.

i was in jail for 91 days got  and smoked 2 bowls of weed and some hash over two days how long will it take to get put of my system?

A month more or less: depends on your metabolism, amount of THC in weed and hash, and other factors, but probably about a month for the better detection systems.

i used water from public toilet bowls to wet toilet tissue for wiping my bottom--externally & internally--for yrs as a young adult. medical concerns?

Would not: Carry small wrapped baby wipes for this .do no use public toilet water as this may contain various viruses such as the norwalk virus if some one is ill.
There are mostly infection concerns and would suggest against it

See Pediatrician: I would recommend seeing your Pediatrician right away. He may have a problem with his liver or intestinal tract. In the meantime, please continue to feed the baby as usual and monitor his temperature. For fever, I would recommend the Emergency Department.

last night i ate one of those prepackaged microwaveable bowls and i may have ingested some of the plastic covering. should i be concerned or worried? also, will there be any damage ?

Probably safe: Although chronic plastic ingestion is a very bad idea, small amount on one occasion is likely benign and no reason for concern
