body habitus.

See your doctor: I cannot tell from your typing whether there is damage or not, and can't imagine how you would think someone could.  People vary greatly in how much they smoke, the nicotine/tar content in what they are smoking, and how long they have smoked. They also have different genetic sensitivities to what kind and how much damage smoking does to lungs, mouth, throat, heart and blood vessels.

Yes: Inhaling any kind of smoke will be damaging to your lungs. They are meant to inhale fresh air, not smoke. I guess it depends on how often you do it, and how much you inhale, how much damage you will do.

By laws of nature...: No. If a person's lungs are inflated with air, or if his chest is inflated with air, then by the laws of physics and the laws of nature, he has air in his body. That's the definition of "air in the body". Of course, there may be research into the futuristic breathing of "liquid air" as some propose for deep sea diving or space travel, but that's another story.

One month: It take a while to completely get rid off the effect of nicotine on your body especially if you been smoking for long time, i found a month you should start feeling good.
