2 different issues: A Bartholin’s cyst does not require any treatment until it becomes infected. People can live with them for years and years. The mons cyst needs a diagnosis. An Obgyn needs to see it to determine what it is and what might be causing it before we can offer any suggestions. If the mons cyst if visible clearly then consider a virtual visit for a preliminary analysis

Bump on mons: May be cyst  which gets filled with debris. Consider follow up with  derm as may remove the cyst and its wall so will not recur.

Mons Pubis or : Mons verneris. Some women are self- conscious about or unhappy with amt of fat in this area of the body. Cosmetic/ plastic surgery can be done to make the mon's pubis less prominent.

The most likely: Diagnosis is FOLLICULITIS ..inflammation of your hair follicles due to mechanical irritation....

Exam needed: This may be a wen or an ingrown hair, but a physician would have to inspect it in order to make a diagnosis. Reddening  and tenderness usually indicates inflammation/infection. Until seen, apply warm soaks.

Not for weight loss: Actazolamide ( diamox) is a water pill , is not the way to loose weight., join a gym , regular exercises , balanced low cal  diet is the answer speak to your doctor you may have other problems for your weight loss.

Often...: ....A three month old will grunt, cry, strain, and turn red while having a bm.  Then the bm is soft when it comes out.  This baby is not constipated;  his muscles are learning to push out the poop.  If the poop comes out very hard or in little pellets, he is constipated.  Try giving one ounce of water once or twice daily to help soften the poop. Don't give more without your doctor's advice.
