It can be time to: STOP SQUEEZING  and get examined and treated. The oozing area may have to be cultured and treated with appropriate antibiotic therapy.

Likely shingles : This could likely be shingles or herpes zoster. There could be infection or cellulitis of the fingers as well. It is difficult to comment without seeing a picture. Please see your doctor for an examination

2 different problems: Itching in the ear canal is usually caused by dryness and if you are a q-tip user, please stop immediately. Ear wax has an important function and will clean itself.
Popping sensation in the ear is separate and is usually an awareness of air entering the middle ear from the back of the nose and a gentle popping of the ear drum. Rarely, popping can be due spasm of middle ear muscles.

will scabies spread if i pop the blisters after treatment? popping the blisters seems to relieves the itching.
i have treated it with ascabiol emulsion.

Scabies: Scabies is incredibly contagious so messing with the lesions is going to make it worse. You need to take the oral pills for scabies and stop scratching at the lesions!!!

Macular lesion: Sounds like some type of macular lesion. Hemangioma would be most likely, basal cell, melenoma, petechiae, on the list. A picture sent would be helpful.

Doubt it: If you've had intercourse before it's highly likely your hymen broke at that time. If he was fingering your vagina very hard as you describe it's more likely that he made a small (or large) tear in the lining of your vagina.I would avoid any kind of intercourse or fingering until you feel healed and maybe even want to consider having your doc take a look at it to determine the severity of the tear

No need to worry: Your concerns are completely understandable.  However the amount of bleeding from the hymen is very small, and resolves on its own.  Place a towel either on top or underneath the sheets, to put you at ease.  Your partner will probably be very supportive and understanding.  And of course, ALWAYS use condoms to protect against pregnancy and STDs.
