Yes: Yes. Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) will not affect your pelvic exam or Pap smear. Bone density that is lost while taking Depo is likely to be recovered naturally once Depo is stopped. Your risk of fracture as you age will be similar to that of someone who never took Depo. That said, you can help prevent bone loss by exercising and getting adequate calcium.

Cervix: It is extremely difficult to see the cervix without a speculum.  With a negative pap smear it is unlikely you have dyplasia/malignancy.  Probably inflammatory in nature.  Ask you gyn.

To make sure it is n: Normal because if it is not, and if it is highly abnormal u may need a leep cone while pregnant which is high risk and u would want to do that early and if ithe pap is not that bad you would just need a colposcopy and no further treatment except u need closer monitoring lke another pap at 3-6 months and a pap at your 6 weeks check instread of a yr from your 1st trimester pap if it is normal.

Paps &amp; infection Dx.: Pap smears are very helpful in providing a preliminary identification of a potential vaginal infection. However, it is often necessary to do further testing like a wet prep(smear) to view the offending organism under the microscope to provide a conclusive diagnosis. In your case, you could also have acquired the trichomonas  infection separately after the first was properly treated. See a GYN MD
