Well?: There is no medical or scientific reason but I have heard of this anectodally.  The illness is likely unrelated to pregnancy but may be anxiety.  There is no scientific basis.  Some women do not even get sick.

Pregnancy: Please don't try to do a 'self-abortion'.  It sounds like you are young and asking this question late in the pregnancy. Would encourage you to see your  obstetrician, family doctor or Family planning type clinic. That way you can receive support, get sound medical advice and assess your options.

Not needed at all: No normal healthy person needs to eat bird's nest. The amount of nutrition in a normal balanced diet (plus the added items in prenatal vitamins in case one's diet is short in anything) surpasses any tiny tiny benefit one could get from bird's nest. If the rapidly growing world population demands to eat bird's nest, the birds will become extinct. By the way, there's also no need to eat shark's fin.

I am sorry: I am sorry you have been unsuccessful.  Do you have a close friend, spouse or counselor with whom you can speak? No one can understand how depressed you feel, but there can be those who can empathize and provide support. I truly encourage you to speak with someone about your feelings on the matter. Consult with an ob/gyn / fertility specialist about your difficulty getting pregnant.

Yes you can: Pre-ejaculate may contain large amounts of viable sperm (less common), smaller amounts of sperm that are dead or alive or no sperm. Thus, there is potential for pregnancy with pre-ejaculate. Sperm need to be deposited in the vagina or at the introitus for pregnancy to occur.
