Moderate interaction: Relora contains magnolia and phellodendron extracts, as well as multiple vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, b12, folate, (folic acid) etc).  The magnolia has some CNS depressant properties which could combine with Prozac to create drowsiness & sedation. Yes,however SAMe may: Relora often helps anxiety. GABA may help but doesn't cross blood-brain barrier well.SAMe often helps depression but can worsen anxiety, esp. in high doses. While safe to take together, it might be more effective to combine Relora with Holy Basil,L-Theanine,5-HTP &amp;/or magnesium, all more likely to help than GABA or SAMe. B vits may help too. Consider exercise,meditation, counselling &amp; EFT as well.

Unknown: there is no good evidence that Relora works for Weight loss or anxiety, despite what is written on the Internet. A good review of the minimal amount of study that has been done is at supplement-geek.com/relora.  Because it is not been studied, it is not possible to tell whether there could be an interaction between ibuprofen and the active ingredients in Relora. I would avoid it. Good luck.

Relora: I do not know how effective relora is. It contains magnolia officinalis & phellodendron amurense (traditional chinese medicine herbs). You might ask someone who has tried it.

NO: Take no medications, including herbal medications, without discussing them with your doctor during pregnancy.  Any substance that has an effect on the body is called a drug, whether or not you need a prescription to get it.  There are no drugs which baby needs, except perhaps for extra vitamins and iron.  An occasional Tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain is generally ok, but don't take anything else.  Eat healthy.
