There is no specific treatment for most spider bites, and you just want to clean the wound and keep it clean and keep an eye out for infection or other complications.

Spider bite: Wash the area with soap and water. Pat dry and apply an antibacterial ointment like bacitracin or Neosporin. Observe for spreading redness which could indicate cellulitis which requires medical examination and systemic antibiotics.

Hives: Unless you actually see the spider you just can't assume it is a spider bite. That isn't important anyway. Hives represent an allergic reaction. They can come and go and just need symptomatic relief like you are doing. No need to see a doctor unless there are breathing issues or an intense skin reaction.

should i pop it?

No: If it has formed a blister, it's not recommended that you pop it. Apply warm soaks and then keep the area clean and dry. You can apply an antibiotic ointment like bacitracin. If progressive swelling or worsening redness develop, have the wound reexamined.

Hard to say: Spider bites generally have a distinct presentation. However, one can not always tell the difference btwn spider bites and boils in later stages of presentation. The treatment at this time is often the same. Po antibiotics after culturing the wound, debridement of the necrotic tissue as necessary, then wound care. Check your tetanus status. Either way.

Venom tissue necrosi: The venom from the bite precipitates a process of progressive tissue necrosis that may be limited by Dapsone therapy or surgical debridement.

One that generally: Covers staph. Generally these are zyvox, doxycycline, bactrim, (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) clindamycin.  You have to worry about MRSA infection. Also check your tetanus status.

Sxs: Ulceration may sometimes be treated or prevented with dapsone.   A tetanus shot may be necessary. Antibiotics may be necessary if the wound becomes infected. Large ulcerations could require debridement.  See a physician for system reactions.
