Preg test time?: At about a week late, a pregnancy test should be able to tell you something. If it's negative, consider an exam at a clinic or your doctor.  You don't mention unprotected sex, but if that's not involved - skip to the exam. It may be nothing more than a minor upset but once you know, you'll feel more relaxed - if there is a problem, you'll begin to correct it. Win-win!

Pregnancy is #1 reason.

Menstrual irregulari: That brown discharge may actually be a light period. It is likely old, deoxygenated blood being cleaned from the uterus.  However, it also might not be your period - so recommend taking a home pregnancy test.

It is possible that you may have ovulated and not had PMS symptoms, or you may not have ovulated which could explain the lack of symptoms and discharge (given that you are not pregnant).  If this continues for more menstrual cycles I would suggest seeing your physician.

From your given info: I'm not clear on exactly what point in your ovulation cycle you lost your virginity. But since you used double birth control, it is not likely that you are pregnant. However, you might do a test if your period does not come at all.  Keep using bcps are prescribed and condoms too. You might just be a bit nervous about a 1st time. Abnormal hormones: In light of the irregular periods and abnormal timing of your PMS symptoms, it sounds like you should see a GYN or Family Doctor to get your hormones checked and find out if you have PCOS or other disorder of ovulation.

: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.
