: What do you mean by "best time"? I wonder if you mean the season, the age of your partner or the time of ovulation. Time of ovulation (when chance of conception is highest) is usually around 2 weeks before the start of next period.

Right about now!: It depends on the beginning of the last period and the cycle length. Ovulation is often about 14 days after the start of the last period (varies depending on cycle length). So starting today, for a whole week, have sex twice a day. During this time, one should not think about ovulation, pregnancy, babies, etc..., but just enjoy life and check a pregnancy test if the next period is one week late.

Start taking prenatal vitamins now to prevent neural tube defects. Talk to your doc about pregnancy vs epilepsy. God forbid you go beyond 12mo w/o pregnancy, then go see reproductive endocrinologist.
