Yes: Amniocentesis is largely safe, though in very rare cases the membranes (bag of waters) can be ruptured by the procedure.  We used to quote 1:300 risk, but with modern amnio needles and ultrasound guidance the risk is now much lower.  Ruptures that occur from amnio are typically small and often reseal on their own.

when is it safe to orgasm after having an amniocentesis (had amino on twins, fyi)?

Ask you OB MD: You need to ask your OB MD this question as I don't know how far along you are in the pregnancy nor when the procedure was performed. Orgasm can initiate uterine contractions in pregnant patients and even have been known to start early labor in multiple gestations.

Sort of: You need to watch out for overuse injury.  As long as you do not end up muscle pain, tendinitis or joint injury, it is okay.  Generally moderation is a good practice.

Mask issues: For most people wearing a mask when doing cardio or strength training shouldn't be a major problem. You might notice a mild decrease in your exercise tolerance. If you have a history of lung or cardiac problems, I would check with your physician before exercising with a mask.

: YES IT IS SAFE BUT YOUR BREATHING IS IMPARED. IF YOU DO THIS IN A GYM AND OTHERS AS WELLAS YOU ARE VACCINATED THAN MY GYM ALLOWS US TO NOT WEAR A MASK.

I would wait 4-6 wks: Ask you surgeon for guidance.  Don't be OCD re: exercise.

Usually: unless you have been told otherwise by a doctor lifting weights while taking this medication is okay. Remember to start off with a light load, and increase gradually. Exercising can help with anxiety, so it's a positive sign that you are asking these kinds of questions. Good luck, and I hope you continue to feel better.

is it safe to workout with my arm i broke it about 2 years ago got surgery to correct it and still have loss of rotation should thep plate be removed or is it safe to lift weights ?? is it common to have surgery and still have a messed up arm?

Risk of pain: Free weights are very stressful on  the hands, wrists and elbows.  I usually recommend using universal/nautilus or other machines that allow you to work your arm muscles by pushing your forearms against pads so you save your small joints.
