Proctitis?: Cancer doesn't cause this sort of thing, and cancer is exceedingly unlikely at your age. Maybe an anal fissure or abscess. Perhaps proctitis (rectal inflammation) due to inflammatory bowel disease i.e. Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. If sexually active involving your rectum, STDs (gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes) are possible. All possibilities are potentially serious; see a doctor soon.

Go see your doc: Vaginal discharge needs to be cultured.  It could be many things, from bacterial vaginosis to chlamydia.  Also, a doctor needs to exam you .  Yeast infections can also present this way.

i have been have a really wet discharge, and its almost like 24/7. when i wake up in the morning my vagina is soaked like i just had sexual intercourse. when i wipe its a pale yellow, no odor at all, no pain, no itching?

: The stool color is provided by the bile from the liver that is adds to fecal debris. It starts out a deep green &amp; slowly changes thru greens to yellows to browns as the germs in the intestines metabolize the bile. Yellow generally means the stool in question moved through faster or was subject to less change by gut germs.

Probably not: Urine is normally yellow. The shade depends on how much fluid one is drinking. More fluid means more water in the urine, and lighter color. The color will be more visible on paper than mixed with toilet bowl water or when flowing in a stream. Pressure in the stomach can be almost anything. If it is persistent or severe, a medical exam is warranted.

2 ?'s.  2 answers.: When you detect an odor that doesn't "stink", that means your brain is wired to perceive the odor as either harmless or helpful.   For example, the odor of decaying flesh is noxious to humans b/c it's dangerous to eat, whereas it's  inviting to vultures b/c it IS what they eat.   What you describe in your stool sounds like mucus.  If you have other Gi problems or weight loss, please see a doctor.

Urine color: Most of the time if peoples urine is very yellow it is because they are slightly dehyrdrated. If the quantity of urine hasn't decreased and there isn't any pain or feeling sick that is probably what is going on.  If it persists or there are other symptoms then the person should see a doctor to have their urine tested.

Normal ?: Assuming yellow urine and brow stools, it sounds normal 2 me. A very dark urine in the face of adequate hydration may b due 2 some other reason & u should c u r pcp 4 evaluation.
