I need clarification: What do you mean by, "tired in the head?" is this a headache, eye strain or a reaction to being in front of a computer screen 2long? Does it happen when ur reading disturbing material online? Headaches can bcaused by many things, physical and emotional. I encourage people 2rule out physical possibilities with their physician before assuming it is emotional. If it is not physical speak 2a therapist.

Answer is obvious: If your car was making a funny sound, would you think, "How can I get rid of that funny sound?" or would you think, "I need to take my car in to the mechanic to find out what's making that sound so HE can get rid of the sound"? It's just as true in medicine as in auto repair: First diagnosis, THEN treatment. How can you "get rid" of something when you don't know what is causing that something?

There is considerable variation in the reaction  between individuals depending on the person, the type of programme or movie and the surrounding environment.

Not true: I do not think there has been any good studies that show that sunscreen is dangerous. It is true that if you do not reply it and use it in conjunction with other good habits such as sun protective clothing and sun avoidanceyou could still end up getting a sunburn.

Not a problem: Most color blind individuals have normal acuity and normal stereoscopic vision.  They might miss some of the color spectrum differences but they will see the depth.  you might be thinking of the type of 3-D (not used any more in movies) in which a red/green or a red/blue eye glass is used to see the depth.  This will still work for a color deficient viewer.

Ok, I want to try to: be sensitive about how I word this. But, it is important to have a full life. If you watch movies you love and afterwards see that your life is not that rewarding - it can be a let down. It is important to fill your life with friends, creative endeavors, exercise, etc.
