Hernia?: Unless you're severely constipated, this may be a sign of an inguinal hernia.  The increased abdominal pressure during defecation can push on the testicles if the intestine is herniated into the scrotum.  It's a quick test by the doctor and a fairly straightforward fix.  But have it checked out first.

Muscle strain?: It's not possible to give you a precise diagnosis without examining you, but if your only having pain with the above activities, it suggests a musculoskeletal source, such as a muscle strain. If your pain persists or gets worse see your physician for a precise diagnosis.

Anatomy: The vagina and rectum are right next to each other. The top of the rectum travels along the floor of the vagina. If you are suffering from constipation then your rectum may be bulging up into the vagina. This is called a rectocele. See an Obgyn for a pelvic exam.  Try addressing the constipation with an over the counter treatment to see if this alleviates the problem as well.

Abd pain with BM: Blood in stool? You may have constipation.  To avoid constipation drink 2-3 liters/ day water/ Gatorade/juice ( if not diabetic),  consider a glass  of prune juice a day. Eat high fiber foods like greens, avocados, strawberries, sweet potatoes, cabbage. Would follow up with  MD to evaluate for hemorrhoids or fissure that may cause pain  and tt insure it is not inflammatory bowel  or other

Rubbing: it could be from the rubbing make sure you drink a lot of water if symptoms persisted or associated with fever see a doctor

Potentially there: are a number of causes. Most concerning would be torsion. Potentially you could have an inguinal hernia that is sliding down while exercising. You might be causing trauma to the testicle from banging against your thigh during play. Ultimately it will be impossible to diagnose you over the internet. Make an appointment for an examination by a health care professional.

Testis pain: Most cases of pain in the testicle will resolve on their own.  I would see your primary care doctor to make sure you don't have an infection first.  If your symptoms persist longer than three months, you should probably see an urologist.

Get seen: If the testicular mass is new, or you don't know, and it's not present on the opposite side, get seen. We don't want to miss testicular cancer, which is fairly common at your age.
