Urinary frequency: This may be urinary tract infection, or any of several other things.  Suggest you see your primary care doctor and get examined and tested.

If your son has no: Fever, diarrhea, constipation or weight loss, but vomiting & pain continue, record the timing & frequency of the events. If they continue intermittently, look for signs of stress at home & school. His doctor may refer to a pediatric gastroenterologist & child psychologist to assist with diagnosis & treatment. UTI: Usually you have 2/3 symptoms to diagnose a UTI, dysuria or burning, peeing often or feeling like you need to pee often. A positive urine culture is helpful. Abdominal pain is not specific and can represent something else. The bright yellow urine is related to something she ingested, maybe the antibiotics. Have her checked, sounds like a new problem. ?? acites: Difficult to determine what is happening with your case. The water detected on your ultrasound may be in your peritoneal space rather than stomach. This could be ascites fluid. Make sure you take a friend or family member with you to your appointment to get ultrasound results. You may need a tap of this fluid to get your diagnosis.

I : I would agree with you on this one. It sounds like your step daughter is not about to start her menstrual cycle. Typically a girl will get breast buds about one year prior to starting menses.
Her symptoms are worrisome. Is there a lot of stress/anxiety in her life? Any traumatic events take place recently? Problems in school? These are all questions that need to be answered because often times traumatic or stressful periods in children's lives can manifest as physical symptoms. 
On the other hand she needs a thorough work up by her medical provider. Typically, the er only does testing to rule out acute issues, and will often over look things that are less obvious.
I recommend having her evaluated by her primary care provider right away. Good luck.

i have severe stomach ache and when i burp it burns my throat i have to trow up to get some relief from the pain and now my urine is dark yellow?.

Intestinal problem: The belching is probably due to inadequate acid in the stomach that gives a gaseous digestion and that causes belching that burns. Take some apple cider vinegar if you have that and it will; go away.

Dark urine in dehydration most probably  and taking enough water will hydrate you until you get a light yellow color to the urine.
