nose runs sometimes after i drink water. i noticed i inhale through nose as i am drinking/swallowing. am i inhaling water up my nose? thank you

Upper extraction?: If you have had an upper posterior tooth extraction in the past, you may have a oro-antral fistula. In this condition, when you drink fluids, it passes through the fistula, into your sinus then out your nose. If this fits, you may want to see an ENT doc, or oral surgeon for evaluation

Dry eyes: Sounds like you have dry eyes.  The eye gets dry causing the burning and reflex tearing.  This drains to the back of the nose ant throat through the tear drainage system of the eye.  Not sure why nose is getting stuffed up or the throat hurts.  Unless you have a viral syndrome affecting the upper respiratory (nose, sinus, throat) and affecting the eyes.

most of the time i do have dry nose..  i drink water after that which makes things ok but after a while it again gets dry. any suggestion plz?

Saline: Pick up a few bottles of any brand of saline misting spray and keep it in your pocket at all times. Use 4-6 times per day.

Water up nose: nasal regurgitation. Palatal closure insufficiency, ninth cranial nerve. Do not talk and drink at same time. See ENT for endoscopy and cranial nerve exam.

Water up nose: If you drink water while exhaling, your throat tissues close and water will go upwards into the nose. The membrane then secretes its own water to neutralize the other water causing the burning feeling. If this happens to you often there may be a dysfunctional swallowing situation and an Otolaryngologist should evaluate and advise you. You may be sent for a swallowing study.

after moving to another country seems like i have a cold every day, running nose all day and if i drink water somehow it becomes worse.what can it be?

New viruses: You have been exposed and become immune to the cold viruses in the area from which you came.  You now are in a new place with a new variety of cold viruses and are getting them one by one.  Until you have been in most new places for a while, you will get a sequence of colds from the new exposures.

upper wisdom teeth was extracted. when i drink water and down my head. water come from nose by teeth extracted side. seem there is leakage. what is this ?

: The wisdom teeth might have had long roots and caused an opening after the extraction in the sinuses.
