Rest, hydrate, quarantine &amp; eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Naprosyn is a good choice if NSAID’s are used.

: You are still at risk for Covid-19 infection, unfortunately. If you do want to have antigen test done, you should isolate your self as much as possible. At this season, we cannot tell if you have flu or covid-19 infection. I suggest you should have tests done for both conditions then go from there. Whatever the cause, you are relatively young and vaccinated x 2, so you should be fine.

TB is a problem: I'm concerned your aunt is quite ill. She could have TB which is characterized by cough, fever and wasting. The old name for TB was "consumption" because the patient gets consumed by the disease. In India there is alot of TB. I hope she could get help because it is treatable and I would expect a full recovery.
