Corneal swelling.: You likely are experiencing some swelling in your cornea, the clear front portion of your eye, from exposure to the chlorine and salts in the pool water. If you open your eyes while in the pool and are not wearing a swimming mask or swimming goggles, this is more likely to happen. Your cornea is likely experiencing an osmotic accumulation of pool water from the corneal exposure to the chlorine.

Dehydration: You may be dehydrated from your GI problem.  Please dring plenty of fluid and use artificial tears 3-5x per day.  Your eye may be dry from it.  If persists please see your eye doctor.

i had double and blurry vision for years when i relax my eyes but when i concentrate it become one clear image i am now 23 years old?

Sounds like a: Phoria is present.  A phoria is a tendency for the eyes to become misaligned.  You have ability to keep the eyes in alignment most of the time, but when tired, you are unable to do so.  The eyes become misaligned and you get double and blurred vision.  Glasses with prism in them will help alleviate this problem.  See an eye doctor.

Very unlikely: You likely have a phoria.  This is a tendency for the eyes to become misaligned.  You overcome your phoria most of the time, but when you are tired, you cannot.  When this occurs, the eyes go out of alignment and you experience blurred and double vision.  Glasses with prism in them will make this less frequent.  Discuss this with an eye doctor.

Squinting: This time of year you may have allergic conjunctivitis or your eyes may be irritated and dry from too much exposure to a computer screen.. Your eye doctor can provide you with the proper eye drop.

Possible astigmatism: Blurry vision corrected by physically deforming or pressing on the eye often indicates a refractive error or need for glasses, typically astigmatism but also nearsightedness. You're going to have to get an eye exam to confirm the cause of the problem.

Sudden : Sudden onset of visual disturbance in one eye is a concerning problem that could indicate a number of serious problems involving the eye itself (including retinal artery occlusion, retinal vein occlusion, retinal detachment, and other problems) and problems involving the optic nerve (including ischemia or stroke in the nerve, or optic neuritis).  These are serious problems that need to be checked as soon as possible to reduce the risk of permanent vision loss.  If needed, go to the nearest emergency room.

Eye trauma: You should see an ophthalmologist--an eye surgeon / eye md.  Depending on the severity of the trauma, they may need to intervene urgently.
