Sounds like symptoms: of early pregnancy. I'd suggest an EPT. If negative or positive, see your OB-GYN. Take Folate, (folic acid) don't drink, smoke or use drugs.

didnt get ewcm this cycle, not even sad mood during ovulation, no pms like symptoms like sore boobs just a little bit. had very little brown discharge cycle day 21. im bloated when im usually so hungry in luteal phase. whats going on? today cd 28?

: On "CD 28", the actual ovulation may not have occurred in mid-cycle, as delays in ovulation will cause delays in onset of menses. If your cycles are "regular" (34-32 days apart) and your period is delayed, wait five days after the expected onset of your period and obtain a "home" pregnancy test to be certain.  Stress (emotional, job, school, etc.) can delay ovulation.

Breast swelling: As the breast tissue swells as a result of progesterone at the end of the cycle breast cysts and  fibroadenomas become more  prominent and often get compressed producing the pain.

Top causes: There are several reasons for breasts to swell at unusual times. The very first questions I have are: has this happened before? Are you on birth control, and what type? What was the name of the antibiotic? Are you a big caffeine drinker? 
It could just be that your cycle is earlier than normal; pregnancy and caffeine use are two other contributors.  If pain persists over a week, see your doctor.

Breast evaluation: New breast lumps should always be evaluated by a doctor. At age 22   it is highly unlikely that this is a cancerous condition. You can schedule a visit to have an exam.  Breast cysts or fibrocystic changes are possible causes. Weight changes, diet, caffeine intake, ill fitting bras are all causes.

Beast lump: changes in breast occur in response to the different hormon levels during your cycle. The lump could be a cyst or a fibroadenoma. It's important to have it evaluated by a physician. An ultrasound would be helpful.

Erratic glucose: How do you know you have erratic glucose? Are you checking your blood sugar regularly and if so what results are you getting? If not your other symptoms need attention and your anxiety calls for a consult with a psychologist. If you follow advice from your doctor and the psychologist your life will jump forward with joy!

Maybe a week: Breast tenderness typically occurs between the time of ovulation and onset of menstrual period.  However, most women experience pain during the last few days before the onset of menstrual period.

Accepted Answer

Yes, it could be.: Take a pregnancy test if you think you could be pregnant or you missed your period.
