: No. once it is degraded you will be fine. Pl dont use it on your nose  but elsewhere where can inhale the fume from a distance like the chest. You will be fine

Aphthous ulcer: Try warm saline gargle for 1 week and it should resolve. Take advil (ibuprofen) or Motrin for the pain as needed.

Lacrimal system: The tear duct system (lacrimal) drains from the inner corner of your eye down into your nose. Once it makes it into your nose, it drains down theback of your throat, so the fluorometholone drops are responsible for the gross taste!

i have pain on my tounge feels like a sore throat but when i put my finger on the back of my mouth on the tounge there are bumps that hurt what is it?

Taste buds: If you are feeling bumps on your tongue that are sore to touch, these are likely inflamed taste buds.  That can happen when you have a throat infection or head cold.  As you get better, the swelling in the taste buds should resolve. If you see white in the back of your throat, have swollen painful bumps in your neck or get fever, you should see your local doctor.

Too soon to be: cancer,but could be warts. See ENT Dr. and have this checked out. They can remove them in the throat and eliminate your risk of cancer down the road.
