Common Stomache Pain: The most common causes of stomach pain in otherwise healthy adults are not usually serious.  You should see your doctor for further testing if you have any of the following symptoms: severe or extre pain, vomiting that will not stop, vomiting blood, if you are losing weight or have no appetite, if you have dark-colored stool or blood in your stool or if you have pain or difficulty with swallowing

Left hip/ leg pain: Follow up with doctor this week. Would consider CT of abdomen/pelvis to ensure no cancer, check renal function as that can cause anemia as well. Did you have inflammatory bowel because if that recurrs in small intestine or ileum can cause  anemia( though usuallyright side). Also consider hip films to check for arthritis.

Gas build up: If you know it's a gas build up, drinking warm water and applying a hot water bottle to the abdomen helps break down the gas and enables you to pass it. Taking simethicone 1/2 hour after meals helps to prevent the gas build up. Gas, in some people, can build up even without eating, .

i got put on the birth control pill, saturday last week, and i had sexual intercourse 3days after, could i be pregnant, pain left side of abdomen w/d?

Maybe: Most would recommend that you use backup contraception for at least a month while your  body adjusts to the pill. It works by preventing ovulation, and if you ovulated before you started the pill, the egg could be in position for fertilization by your unprotected encounter. Your discomfort could also be something else.

Diverticulitis: If you have had diverticulitis before, then  it is possible, you need to contact your doctor for antibiotics, and to be evaluated. Go on a liquid diet to minimize bowel irritation and do not use an enema if you have constipation, use miralax (polyethylene glycol). You definitely need to be checked to see if it is something else, like a kidney stone, or females can have ovarian cysts or pelvic inflammatory disease too.

Get evaluated: If you know you have a splenic artery aneurysm from prior imaging and doc visits, and you are now in new pain then go to er. If you splenic artery aneurysm is leaking or ruptured, your pain is coming from internal bleeding. You need an urgent angiogram and coil of the aneurysm, or surgery for ligation, splenectomy. Don't wait.
