Controlling twitch: You don't say what "minerals". I would suggest 250-500 milligrams of magnesium oxide nightly, assuming you have normal kidney function.

Vitamin B12: If I have a patient with a B12 level less than 400 and have neurological symptoms I would provide them supplements.  Your tremors may or may not be related to the B12 deficiency.

Not these symptoms: Low vitamin d levels do not cause these symtoms, unless there is associated abnormality in serum calcium.Lightheadedness and fatigue could be the result of celexa. Tremors need to be explored more ie the duration and type of tremors.

Internal tremors?: So you feel shaky inside? In other words, no one can see these tremors? If so, this may be due to anxiety &amp; stress. Low vitamin D is unlikely to be cause but should be supplemented for bone health. Likewise w/lowish vitamin B12 for nerve health. This assumes usual reference range. Complex: Need to confirm diagnosis.  MSA is handled quite differently from Parkinson's, and a therapeutic program will need careful titration.  Physical therapy can ease some of the difficulty, but will be only palliative. Haven't heard of it: Pediatricians see many kids with bedwetting and most outgrow it by age 7 or 8 years. A few still have it until age 11-13 years. One's doctor can check things out to make sure there isn't anything unusual going on. Haven't heard of any vitamin deficiencies nor excesses being related to bedwetting nor to nocturia. If there is lots of urine in the night, without bedwetting, the doctor can check also.
