No: Norethindrone will not prevent weight loss.     You can take any sort of multivitamin, but they will not facilitate weight loss directly.    Diet and exercise are the key.

Loosing weight too: fast can be dangerous.  See your doc first, and then consider lower carb and higher protein intake.  Exercise daily if possible, even brisk walking 20-30 minutes is helpful.  Above all, like yourself and others no matter what the scale says.  Peace and good health.

1. Genetic issue- deletions in certain genes can cause waning sperm counts and function

2. Hormonal abnormalities such as thyroid dysfunction or hypothalamic abnormalities

other exposures including environmental- chemical- chemotherapy-mumps can cause waning sperm counts.

It depends on : your starting weight. However, we don't recommend weight loss with pregnancy,  if the baby is growing this can be ok, just not the usual recommended route. If weight loss continues, discuss with your doctor, to get an exam, testing, and an ultrasound to be sure all is going ok.

Vitamins unhelpful !: Vitamins are trace elements needed in very small amounts by the body.  No need for supplementary vitamins UNLESS you are shown to be deficient of them in blood tests or have chronic diseases ,malabsorption syndromes ,recovering from serious illness, after child birth etc.  At any rate they are NOT going to help you lose weight !

Relax...: The stress from major exams will induce a "fight or flight" response in your body which will cause significant inhibition of stomach and upper-intestinal action to the point where digestion slows down or stops leading to a perceived lack of appetite. My recommendation is to relax, take deep breaths, and take things one step at a time. Try eating multiple small meals throughout the day.
