Yes.: If this happens frequently you should see your doctor to evaluate for reflux problem.  The acid going up to your esophagus  all the time will cause damages to the esophageal lining and avoid food that trigger this.

Simethicone: There are over the counter medications such as simethicone that can reduce gas. You could also keep a diet diary and find out which foods are making your gas worse. Some vegetables such as cabbage and onions can do this. Also eat slowly take small bites and chew thoroughly.

Not related: although you may be having a stress related reaction. Sexual intercourse should not cause GI issues.

Gastroenterologist: I suggest consulting a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may have lactose or gluten intolerance or even irritable bowel syndrome. Appropriate tests will be ordered. In the meantime try taking simethicone after meals to prevent gas buildup.

Normal: Intestines are constantly making noise, and sometimes we can hear it. Make sure you are eating healthy, getting plenty of fluids and fiber, and exercising. This is the best way to regulate your bowels. Good luck.

Have it checked out: This could be sign of an ulcer, gallbladder, or more serious stomach issue.  I suggest you see your doctor and have it checked out:  need some lab tests and at least ultrasound to start with.

Bloated: It means that you are not digesting your food well.  Have you had your gallnladder removed.   Undigested foo D's goes to the large. Intestine where the.  Bacterial break it down which make gas.  This happens if you have had a recent t GI tract infection.  Would need more  medical history.  I would happy to talk with you onhealthtap. Prime.
