See details: First of all, see a rheumatologist if you have not done so already. While an ANA can often be positive in hashimoto's it is much more unusual for the dna to be positive. Since you do not list your symptoms, it is impossible to offer a more specific opinion.

i only had ultrasound done 1x to test for hashimoto and nodules.  i have hashimoto, but no nodules.  i am hypo. when/if should i retake ultrasound?

No need.: Hashimoto's does not require surveillance. Nodules may require surveillance but you have none.

i have confirmed hashimotos. my last test was tsh 1.86, ft4: .07 and ft3: 2.0.  the endo does not want to treat despite low free t4. what can be done?

Nothing: Untill we know what your replacement dose is. L-t4? Dessicated thyroid? L-t3? Ask him/her.

Free T4, TSH: I would order the above tests to make sure that your thyroid status is normal before and perhaps even during your pregnancy. I 'd doubt that you can order these tests yourself.

i suffer from dry eyes and hashimoto. had a blood test done: my eosinophils are really high (864). crusty nose, skin rashes. what is it ?

?eosinophillic syndr: If your eosinophill count is high once it could be as simple as an allergy or infection.  If your eosinophils are staying high there are other concerns.  These are rare diseases which can affect one part of the body or affect you head to toe.  With the history you described Churgg Strauss vasculitis comes to mind.  These problems require an extensive history and exam, and lab to diagnose.

: Hashimoto’s  thyroiditis is associated with mild enlargement of cervical lymph nodes. They are firm and mobile. Lymphadenopathy resolves with the treatment  of thyroiditis. If lymph node is larger than 1.5 cm, hard or fixed , it needs removal and biopsy. Mostly due to inflammation, yet excluding cancer is important. Hope it helps.

Celiac disease: The exact cause of celiac disease is not known many theories exist, including the fact that it may be genetic. Another theory holds that our exposure to gluten is much greater than it used to be.

Tpo antibodies: Ask your doctor to order you a thyroid peroxidase antibodies.  The other one is thyroglobulin antibody.
