If you would like to play football, and would be injured, you would risk becoming symptomatic with this condition leading to bigger medical consequences.

Varies: That term describes an inflammatory process that involves both your sacroiliac joints.  There are many potential causes, probably the most common is known as ankylosing spondylitis, which can be tested for using a blood test looking for the marker known as HLA B-27.  Don't hesitate to see a rheumatologist.

Rheumatologist: Your child has jeuvenile rheumatoid arthritis?  You wonder if the pelvic tilt on xray is from jia or jra.  Tou should review and talk to your pediatric rheumatologist about your concerns.  Ask for a second opinion.  The goal of treatment is reducing symptoms and alleviating pain. Hope this helps.

Fungal Infx?: If you are taking antimetabolites for ulcerative colitis and sacroiliitis, you might have an hla-b27 positive autoimmune condition. The palatal sore can be a component of inflammatory bowel disease (e.g. Crohn's disease) or a fungal infection due to immunosuppression. Your GI and immunology doctors may want an infectious disease consult. Any eye redness could be iritis.

: Avoid heavy lifting, use local heat several times a day and take OTC Ibuprofen. If mot better in a week or so see yor MD

ive been suffering from back pain for over 4 months now. in february i visited nortons and my physician diagnosed me with sacroiliitis but told me to just wait it out and it would go away. is there anything i can do to manage the pain?

: Physical therapy, specifically core strengthening is needed usually and at a minimum. Over the counter meds such as acetaminophen and/or ibuprofen may be used as needed for pain and with individual precautions. However, your doc remains your best reference and a follow up will be needed so that he or she can further coordinate. A rheumatology referral may be considered as well.
