Depends: Although polyps do tend to recur, if one maintains proper follow up and maintains a constant application of nasal steroid spray and other medical treatments after the surgery, their regrowth can be slowed and even prevented.

No cure!: Hello! there is no cure for nasal polyps, they are managed through treating and controlling allergies, and usually a daily nasal steroid is necessary. Work with your ENT or allergist for the best treatment plan for you. Nasal polyps are a chronic condition and you should have a phsycian following you. Good luck!

NSAID : Sampter's triad is allergy to aspirin, asthma, and nasal polyps . Since diclofenac  is an nsaid, similar to aspirin, you were probably advised not to take it to avoid worsening sinus polyps and problems. If you don't have allergies to nsaids  or asthma, you are  probably ok to take it. Check with your doctor.

Maybe (not) . . .: Granted, it's best to avoid polluted areas whenever possible, but perhaps that area of china won't have allergens to which you are allergic such that your allergies might improve w/your move. Unfortunately, it's all theoretical conjecture. You'll need to decide for yourself whether the experience & remuneration is worth the physical & emotional toll of living in a distant country w/foreign culture.

Which NSAID?: Hives from NSAID is considered to be an allergic reaction specific to that nsaid.   Although once suspected to worsen hives from any cause, this is no longer true.  However if your hives occur in the absence of nsaid, then it is likely from causes other than NSAID including asa.   Thus you will need to sort out which NSAID you need to avoid (read the generic not the brand name).

Afrin: Irritation in the nose, mouth or throat is quite common with Afrin.  Remember not to use Afrin for more than a few days in a row.

i have a tight chest, weezing and dry cough, and sinusitis. nose is continually blocked and blowing my nose continually. had nasal polyps removed more than 10 years ago.try to take antihistamines an cough mixture but no help.breathing with mouth open?

Nasal polyps: Polyps are not fluid filled, they are out pouching of the tissue, not cysts. They don't pop, they must be surgically removed or temporarily shrunken with corticosteroids.
