Exhaustion or mood d: One would need to understand what we called the history of present illness, including your baseline and concurrent events (trauma, pain, substance abuse, etc). Now, since your symptoms are so severe, I would advise to go to the ER for a consultation. Once you are medically cleared, that can ask for a consultation with a Psychiatrist or 23 hr observation bed.

It is banned in many places, but available over the counter in some. Why take it?

Virus?: It sounds like you may have a viral infection. acetaminophen or ibuprofen can help with the pain and headache. If you have fever, headache and neck pain, you should be seen to rule out meningitis.

Likely: Did you bf get vaccination for flu? He could have flu and it is likely to get better on its own. However if you did not get vaccinated you are risk of getting the infection. If the symptoms last more than 10 days, please see your doctor. Flu like symptoms can be the prodrome of a serious illness and it would be prudent to keep that in mind.
