i touch my phone when i eat because i always watch something or play something while eating. i read i shouldnt do it. wont my immune system get weaker if i never interact with bacterias? can i snack and touch my phone?

Cell phone use.: If you wish to touch your cell phone while eating you can. Do you clean off your cell phone every so often?  It is often encouraged that one focus on eating and  quality interactions with others when they dine -rather that simply distracting themselve on their phones.

it is ok to use multivitamins along with using tegretol. Vitamin c is claimed to have beneficial effect in helping to fight some viral infections. Vitamin d can be helpful in many different ways, as many of us do not have sufficient quantity of natural vitamin d due to insufficient exposure to daily required sun exposure, because of our life-style.

Glucocorticoids also release food stores for use in a stress reaction.
