Fertility treatment: The only proven way to conceive multiples  is with a MD initiated and supervised fertility program. However, at 25 you are unlikely to need fertility treatments to get pregnant. Best to let nature take its course! I do notice that you are only 41 kgs. If you are petite in stature, this is probably a normal weight, but if you are very underweight you may have trouble conceiving.

when one should take duphaston tablets, if trying to conceive ?

Duphaston: Unless you have lute all phase deficiency or are undergoing ivf pregnancy, you do not need duphaston. It won't help you. If undergoing ivf, your fertility team will instruct you as to how to take it. It may have no beneficial effect in luteal phase defect, but if you have been told you have this, you would start the med after ovulation.

my husband is taking adderall. is it okay for him to take it while were trying to conceive? will it have an affect on the baby? or affect fertility?

: From cdc.gov: Taking ADHD medicine in early pregnancy may be related to these birth defects:
Gastroschisis
Omphalocele
Transverse limb deficiency
Although this study found some increased risk for birth defects, it is important to remember that there’s a very low risk of having a baby born with these defects after taking ADHD medicine.

me and my husband is trying to conceive but i have pcos what are the steps we need to take to be successful.  i'm not on any meds?

Track cycles: Bethany, PCOS may cause infertility by irregular ovulation. Track your cycles &amp;#40;mark them down&amp;#41;. Ovulation usually is mid-month. You can buy OTC ovulation kits to see when/if you are ovulating. These turn positive 1-2 days BEFORE you ovulate, and that&#x27;s the best time to have sex.If cycles are irregular, there are meds that can help you &amp;#40;metformin, clomid, (clomiphene) letrozole&amp;#41;. take a prenatal starting now.

3 to 4: Most studies show that within 3 to 4 cycles of a certain medication would produce a pregnancy if it were to work.

is fluconazole (diflucan) 100mg tablets one pill twice a day for two days okay to take when in the two week wait of trying to conceive?

: Fluconazole is safe to take during pregnancy. Of course, unless there is some other urgency, why not wait to conceive until after you’ve completed the course of treatment

Not FDA tested.: It should not hurt, although this vitamin concoction has not been tested by the fda for safety and efficacy. So, take it at your own risk if you must, but really the only ingredient that i could recommend is the Folic Acid at 1-5 mg daily to prevent preterm birth and fetal anomalies. Best of luck!

my husband used clobetasol propionate on several areas, one of them is rather large. we are trying to conceive. could this effect his sperm or baby?

Very very unlikely: It is a potent corticosteroid which can affect your husbands skin if used in excess. If you are having difficulty in conceiving an infant then you should BOTH go for a fertility workup together where amongst other things his sperm will be examined for both number, quality, morphology and motility. It's not all you you know. It's a joint project right from the get go. Good luck!

can you take baby asprin while trying to conceive and does it help u to not miscarry cause of a weak positive ana nucleoar pattern what does that mean?

Good question: If you have no cardiovascular risk factors (hypertension, diabetes, high lipid level etc),  you should consider taking the minimum number of drugs when contemplating pregnancy. I see no clear evidence that you need baby asa right now (it may potentially  increase GI bleeding and hemorrhage elsewhere ) and thus it would be best to avoid it until after childbirth.

See Ob/Gyn: There are no otc meds that will induce ovulation.  See your ob/gyn for management.
