The organ...: You are thinking of is the right kidney, but it usually does not hurt worse with turning. Muscle spasm and/or appendicitis, and occassionally pneumonia, are more likely; see your doctor.

Herniated disc: This may be a herniated disc, but it also may be related to an organ (kidney or pancreas.) i recommend seeing your doctor to have it checked out.

Flank Pain: Could be either muscle strain or internal.  Depends on what incidents preceded the pain.  Trauma? physical activity? Problems with constipation? Possible kidney issues?  So this is probably a "go see a doctor" problem if it is extremely uncomfortable or lasts for days.

weird sagging sensation on the right side below the rib cage when laying flat on my back. feels like an organ (liver, kidney) is resting against skin?

Certainly not that: There are a dozen or so layers of tissue between your organs and your skin, so it's certainly not that. It could be something as simple as a strained muscle, or it could be an early (or very mild) case of shingles, or some other disturbance of a sensory nerve on that side. Let your doctor sort it out.

its been a week since i recovered from covid. today im suddenly having back pain. its very mild pain from the side of my abdomen (on the right) to the back. can i have organ issues post covid? inflamed kidneys?

: Inflamed kidney would give you fever and chills. It sounds lke musular pain. Try a heating pad 3x a day for a few days If not better see your MD. Hope you feel better
