No: I would strongly advise against this. Energy pills have ingredients, natural or not, that can have several bad effects during pregnancy such as raising your blood pressure, increasing the heart rate of both you and your baby, and many other potentially harmful side effects. If you are feeling less than energetic, I recommend the all natural cure: sleep! Best for you and your baby's health.

A good review of the minimal amount of study that has been done is at supplement-geek.com/relora.  Because it is not been studied, it is not possible to tell whether there could be an interaction between ibuprofen and the active ingredients in Relora. I would avoid it. Good luck.

took plan b (morning after pill) - period came a week early - it is not stopping! - on my 12th day - starting to get worried - will it ever stop??? do i need to go to the doc or do i let nature run its course?????

Plan B ?'s: The "morning after pill" contains an estrogen/progesterone analog, and withdrawal bleeding will occur a few days after taking it, which when added to a normal period length may explain the "12 day length" you are experiencing. On the other hand , pregnancies outside the uterus (ectopic) can cause prolonged bleeding. Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
