See below: if you are using machine for bench press you tend to isolate out several muscles. if you are using free weights, you need many more muscles to stabilize your upper body. therefore you get a more "total body" workout when you use free weights in general.

Yes: It depends in part on the cause of the TOS.  You are describing the distribution of the c7 nerve, which can definitely be compressed in TOS, especially if your neck MRI is normal.

Chest/shoulders: Bench press and other chest exercises do work the anterior (front) deltoids as well.  It is possible that your shoulders aren't conditioned as well as your chest muscles.  The other  thing to look at is your technique/form.   Make sure when you do a bench press, that your shoulders are back and not rounding forward.  You may want to continue to work on your shoulders.

Rhabdomyolysis: She has something called rhabdomyolysis. This is due to trauma to her muscles often also complicated by dehydration. Time and hydration should be adequate as treatments in most cases.

Confusion: Left sided chest pain is complicated. Everyone thinks about heart disease and woman are twice as likely to get a heart attack. But could be lots and lots of things. Gas, muscle strain, infection, trauma, cervical disc disease or a combination of these. Worrying about it will make it worse so get it checked out for your peace of mind.

All present @ birth: You r born with all the muscle fibers u r going to have. Biopsied they look like a wt lifters muscle just smaller.

If u mean being strong and defined, this is accomplished by wt training, running etc.

Start @ young & u may injure growth plates so extra caution is needed in early 2 late teens.

Best a well supervised program always. Seek out an at-c/trainor to guide u & not b injured.

i have illegal butt injections and want to take them out. i know they will have to cut some of my muscle out because its imbedded inside it. what i want to know is does muscle grow back in time and help it grow by working out my glutes?

: Depends on how deep the injections are. Most injections are above the muscle layer. In any case pl see a plastic surgeon who will do necessary tests and appropriate procedure to remove the material. you should avoid anything you no beforehand is illegal. Good luck
