Delayed period ?'s: Prior to taking any medications, see a reproductive endocrinologist to establish why your periods have been delayed at age 26.  Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) may be the cause, and oral bcp's are a useful alternative.

: Since this has been only going on a few days and you give no history of fever, bloody diarrhea ,abdominal pain, this is most likely viral and will resolve on its own . You can use an OTC anti-diarrheal medicine such as Imodium.

Depends: The underlying cause of cough needs to be treated. If it is a recent onset cough due to sore throat, lozenges may help. If the cough has lasted more than two weeks, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Several: Get a medical exam first. If not due to anxiety, depression, or physical problems, sleep hygiene practices can help. Slow activities down hours before bed; avoid stimulants like caffeine, nicotine and alcohol; don't get caught up in stimulating thoughts while in bed;  make sure the room is comfortable; & perhaps do a body scan up and down from head to toe. Lavender fragrance helps some people.
