Sure: Some psychotropics are provenly physical and/or psychological dependency provoking. Detox is needed in some cases. Some do not provoke dependency. Ask your dr about dependency potential of prescribed  psychotropics. Best wishes.

i have asthma and take asmanex daily and albuterol 3-4 times per week before exercise. should i be worried about this level of medication use?

Controlled asthma: If you require rescue medication (albuterol) more than once or twice a month for breakthrough wheezing, it would be wise to let your doctor know.  Otherwise ( in most cases) routine use of preventative Rx (inhaled steroids and pre-exercise albuterol) as prescribed are usually safer long term than uncontrolled asthma.  Regimens should be reviewed frequently to minimize medication dose and frequency

i take 5-7.5 mg escitalopram and was prescribed 4 mg ondansetron by another doctor. they didnt ask about my medication use and until i looked up the interactions, i saw how serious it can be. will i be okay taking them 3 hours apart from each other?

: Never hold info back from your Dr. As you can see can be deadly. Go to drugs.com and look at 1/2 lives of each and then enter all other stuff you might be taking. Then discuss with dr as they should know what is going on with you.

BP: You may want to check your blood pressure after taking the medicine. There is a chance it may be lowering the blood pressure excessively which may be causing these symptoms perhaps especially when you stand up. If that is the case you may need to adjust the dosage or if you still cannot tolerate this potential side effect then maybe change the medicine altogether. Talk to your primary care doctor.

Sugar: Consider having yourself checked for diabetes (sugar) and various other endocrine disorders that can cause confusion. It may well be part of your anxiety, but have other causes checked. If this is from anxiety you are in the right country. If you do not meditate find a teacher and start. Even if this is a medical problem, consider beginning a lifelong meditation practice.

Scars or marks: Usuually you can suspect someone may be using drugs via injection(iv) methods when you see multiple puncture marks on their arms (usually at the fold of the inner elbow) hands, neck, feet/toes and even woman's breasts (yep, their breasts ).  Repeated abscesses (like a large pimple) can also develop at the sites where they are injecting.

What do you mean?: Prescribed medications have been shown to decrease some forms of impulse-control problems. Drug use or abuse (as in without a prescription) has not been scientifically demonstrated to help impulse control. It's not recommended.
