good evening, i have 15 red rashes on my body, i have these since 15 days, those are  not itching, i went to dischem they said seems it's anti fungal.

Picture might help: Which Part of your Body do you have these red rashes? What did you do, eat or drink before these rashes appeared? Have you had similar rashes in the past? A picture might help but best to see the Primary Care Physician or Dermatologist to sort things out.

Skin Issues: Why would you think that your rashes are allergic in nature and you need an anti-histamine?  Rashes can represent significant illness.  I would need more information about the rash you are concerned about, but the best option is to be seen by your physician and to find out what your rash represents.

what causes a full body rash that looks like flat pink blotches in less than 1 minute, gone in 1 hour without meds. no food or med intake. not itchy?

Depends : Some people get a spotty rash like what you described when they are nervous or flushed.   Others might get the same kind of rash with changes in temperature.

what can explain the increased sweating in experiencing all over my body. i am on zyprexa and invega sustenna. have heat rash. maybe med withdrawal?

Too much too much: More likely serotonin excess/ syndrome due to the two medications that as a part of their effect block seorotonin reuptake.  Discuss this with your provider.   A change in medications or adjustment in doses would likely help.   More important have they been effective for the symptoms they were prescribed for.
Have you abruptly discontinued either or other meds?  Do you not infrequently forget them

i have a server rash 10 weeks pregnant that just keeps spreading. doctor feels it's an allergic reaction to something, she gave me methylprednisolone. what do you think about that? things on google seem like it's not a good med to take pregnant?

Rash:  This rash needs to be evaluated to determine cause/ treatment. In the meantime, you can try benadryl and soaking in colloidal oatmeal bath to help relieve itching.
